How do I get my [athletic events] on the Prodigy GameStation?
|
All events on the Prodigy GameStation are produced by Prodigy Productions, so to start getting your events listed, just start using Prodigy's Team Media Services! Events produced by Prodigy Productions are eligible to be listed on the Prodigy GameStation for two (2) months, and additional time on the GameStation is available. How soon will I receive my DVD order?
|
The majority of GameStation orders are processed and shipped by the next business day after the order is received, although in some cases orders can take longer. Please allow up to five (5) full business days to receive your ordered DVD.

Why can't I view the profiles of the Prodigy Network athletes participating in an event?
|
The Prodigy Network is only accessible to athletic recruiters who have registered, and have been granted access to the Network. This ensures the privacy of Prodigy Network athletes, and that the Network is used for the right reasons. If you are currently and active participant in the recruiting process for a collegiate, olympic, or other "upper-level" athletic entity, you may Register anytime if you would like access to the Network.

Why do some videos load faster than others?
|
There are two methods of content delivery used by Prodigy Network; streaming and progressive download. Files that are streaming do not require any downloading and are therefore ready for viewing immediately. Progressive downloading videos required the video to be downloaded to your local machine before the video will play. Progressive downloading videos assures higher quality, but takes longer. Streaming videos are more convenient, but the quality of these videos is greatly dependent on your internet connection and your transfer rate.

How is the price determined for each production on the GameStation?
|
The GameStation offers clients of Prodigy Productions Team Media service a means of distributing their productions. There is no set pricing structure for copies purchased through the GameStation as it is dependent on a number if factors. Clients have the option to set their own price for events they order the service. For all productions that were not ordered, a price will be determined based on the complexity of the production, media value, and overall demand.

If want to order a number of different DVDs, do I need to enter my billing and payment information for every different order?

If you would like to make your purchase online, then yes you will need to enter your information for each separate production. As an alternative, you can also contact us to have one of our representatives take your order personally.

Why can't I purchase a DVD of a video? |
If a video on the GameStation is not available for purchase, the price will read as $0.00. However, as long as there is a price shown, the video is available for purchase, and can be ordered by simple clicking the "Purchase" button below the video preview. NOTE: If nothing happens when you click the "Purchase" button, please check to be sure that you are not using Internet Explorer as this is most likely the problem. We encourage all users of our sites to use Firefox or Safari instead of Internet Explorer. Both are FREE and available for Windows or Mac.

I am having technical problems with the Prodigy Network site. What is this and how can I fix it?

Almost all technical problems users may encounter on the site are due to using Internet Explorer as your web browser. For the easiest use of The Prodigy Network™, we encourage users to upgrade to using either Firefox of Safari as their internet browser as an alternative to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, most Internet Explorer versions have become out-of-date due to its inability to read a range of programming codes. As such, you could encounter a number of inconveniences while using The Prodigy Network™ (and many other sites as well) on Internet Explorer that you would not if you use a newer browser like Firefox or Safari. If you would like, you can download Firefox or Safari here. Both are free, and available for Windows or Macs.
