You can hit "J" or "L" multiple times to rewind & fast forward at a faster speed.

Pauses the video

Hold "K" & tap "J" / "L"

Allows you to "scrub" the video in slow motion, viewing in either rewind or forward frame by frame

"I" / "O" key
|
Sets the "In" or "Out" for a beginning and end for a selected piece of the video. Using this, you can delete parts of the video, or copy/paste it into a new or different video, and more. This is a very simple form of editing!
